Thank you for this mind-altering point of view. I honestly love it that I will always remind myself of the phrase "you only die once", so that I will live the life I want. However, I personally think that no matter how much we've lived, there will still be a sort of 'regret'—either negative and positive—because the world is wide. There are a lot of experiences that we want to try, foods to eat, and places to explore. I think it's just also a matter of prioritizing. ☺
I only finished reading The Midnight Library two days ago and this piece echoes so much of the thought provoking elements of that book for me. I want my one life, the one I’ve got now to feel like me and actually be mine.
